Health and fitness is to make maximum use of our capability and use our lives 100%.
If we stay healthy and fit all the time, our productivity stays high, so whatever we do, then we can use 100% of our ability. This makes us feel good and happy, gives us more motivation to challenge and achieve great goals.

My name is Toshi. I have been doing Martial Arts and physical training for about 40 years since I was around 10.
Through this long journey, I’ve learnt so many things not only fighting skills but also mind skills, emotional control, personal growth, health & fitness, food, diet, motivation, etc, and the most importantly about “Life”.
Our lives are like gifts. They were given to us only once, and they are very short. Might as well, use it fully!!

Achieve healthy and strong body
It is said that the ageing population of the world is increasing rapidly these days. As the ageing population increases, the people who need to see doctors increase. There is a strain on the medical system, so when you go to hospitals or need to see doctors, you can’t see them straight away and have to wait for a long long time. If you need to see a specialist, you might have to wait for a couple months, six months, or even one year.
It cost a lot of money to see doctors, and even when you finally make it to see the doctor, they usually focus only on the symptoms and medications. They don’t focus on how to fix the causes, so you keep going back.
Instead of that, how about achieving a healthy and strong body, and not rely on doctors and medications. That way, we can save all those expenses and time.
First of all, you feel so good everyday!!
Wisdom from a long history
Martial Arts has a very long history and a lot of wisdom in it.
One of the most important is to be able to improve our “Spirit” , “Skills”, and “Body” all through our lives.
Real Martial Artists are not the people who stop training when they stop competing or get older. They keep training and keep improving all through their lives, and we call those people “TATSUJIN 達人” (Masters).
Real Martial Arts have the wisdom of how to do it, and if we follow that, we will attain unabated Spirit, Skill, and Body for our life time.
It’s very hard to make life quality better if you are always sick, or when you get older get something like Alzheimers, or have been confined to bed all the time even though you could live for a long time.
Instead of that, if we can have unlimited energy, have a sickness free healthy body, and have a passionate and motivated mind
even when we get to 90 or 100 years old, and keep challenging with young people like our kids and grand kids, that will make our lives more exciting, fun, and more meaningful!!
