Happy New Year!!
What kind of year do you want this year to be for you?
It’s important to clarify your goals, not just for new year’s resolutions or this year’s goals.
If you know where you want to go, you’ll know what to do now, and as you work toward that goal and get closer, even if it’s just one step at a time, everyday will be meaningful and enjoyable.
First, clarify where you want to get to and what you want to achieve, and think about what you need to do everyday to get there.
Then, while always thinking about what you can do today to get even a little closer to your goal, focus on today, or the present, and continue to act while enjoying it.
On a personal note, my goal for this year is, first of all, to overcome this painful battle with illness and make a full recovery.
Then, rebuild my life.
I want to make my body to be able to move again like before, put more effort into teaching than before, and actively hold seminars and SAW competitions.
I want to increase the number of students in Australia and overseas through the online training course and expand the International Submission Arts Wrestling Federation.
To be able to achieve those goals, I am now focusing on the treatment for this illness one day at a time while also focusing on what I can do now, such as writing blogs, a book, and organising the online course programs.
Let’s work hard to achieve our goals this year!!
