Visualisations for Martial Arts Part 3

It will be very sad and wasted if we never used this wonderful ability which only human beings have been gifted, so let’s use it effectively!!

Once we get better with this visualisation ability, it helps a lot in our everyday lives.

For example. 

At the end of a day, think and decide what you want to do, what you have to do, what job you have to finish, what you want to achieve, etc for the next day, then visualise you doing those things.  


If you do that, your mind and body will be more likely to move towards them naturally, so you don’t waste time and procrastinate. 

You can use this to achieve your long term goals as well.

Whatever your long term goals are, such as achieving a fit body, you want to be very healthy, achieve black belt, want to win a competition, etc.Then, think and find out how you can achieve them. 

After that, visualise strongly everyday about the whole process that you have learned to achieve your goals.                . 

You should visualise details like how you are trying hard, even visualise about overcoming some temptations and obstacles with your strong will, and then most importantly, visualise very strongly and clearly about when you really achieved them. 

If you want to achieve a healthy and fit body, visualise about exercising  and eating healthy food everyday, also overcoming your lazy mind and temptations from junk food, visualise living everyday full of energy and never getting sick.

If you always give up on your goals and have a habit of giving up things, make sure to visualise about not giving up with your strong will to achieve your goals.

If you have a certain body shape you want to achieve such as slim up, tone up, or bulk up, then visualise about working hard and you are becoming that.

If you want to achieve black belt, visualise about overcoming all the obstacles and wearing a black belt and training in the dojo.

If you have some weaknesses you want to strengthen, visualise about overcoming those weaknesses.

If you want to win competitions but when it is getting hard in fights, you always give up, visualise you are fighting and not giving up when its  getting hard.

If you write them down on paper as your declaration, it’s easier to reach to your subconscious mind, so your mind and body will start moving towards them with full power.  

After that, you just have to keep moving to achieve those goals, and don’t stop that momentum.

It’s exactly the same as learning martial arts techniques. 

We have to persist in our actions to be able to harmonise images in our head and our actions. 

It’s like if we don’t move our body and don’t keep practicing, we can’t attain martial arts techniques even if we do visualisations. 

It is a matter of course, if we don’t keep doing actions, we can’t achieve our goals even if we do visualisations.

Believe 100% about the power of visualisation, and keep going towards your positive actions.

Practice with that easy meditation first, which I mentioned in my last blog, to be able to do visualisation well.

When you are getting better with it, you will really feel power and energy charging inside your body, and negativities going away from your mind and body.
