“In our busy everyday life, we tend not to reflect on ourselves.
Writing a diary and training journal gives us good abilities for self awareness and self reflection.”
I used to write a diary and training journal about what training I did, what new things I learnt, what I did good and bad from training that day, what I could fix for the next training, etc..
This journal wasn’t just about training but also about what I thought, felt or something I wanted to remember from that day.
I looked at this journal everyday to make sure I did better than day before, not to make the same mistakes again, and to make sure I kept improving.
Also, each year on my birthday, I checked my improvement by looking at this journal to make sure I had improved everything, not just physically but also my mind, spirit, knowledge and so on.
If I had not improved in something, I would focus on that part from that year.
Writing a diary and training journal makes you realise your improvements, and makes you confident.
It also helps to release our stresses and is good for mental health.
In our busy everyday life, we tend not to reflect on ourselves.
It gives us good abilities for self awareness and self reflection.
If you write down how you overcame hard times, etc, you can use that for later when you have same experiences, so you will have your own manual book on how to control your mind and body, also how to deal with those issues.
That’s how I made this book.

We should keep a record of what we have learnt etc.
Otherwise the experience and learning time could be wasted, because people usually forget nearly 50% of what they’ve learnt the next day, and forget nearly 80% after one week.
If you want to improve quicker and want to keep improving, write your diary and training journal!!
