“If you see great people three days after you saw them, they would be even greater“
I sometimes see people who are improving every time I see them.
That does not necessarily mean improvement of technique or physical strength, but they are improving as a human being.
Each time I see them, they have more respect and good manners, their concentration is better, their sense of responsibilities are stronger, they have become more confident, and controlling their emotions is better, etc.
On the other hand, there are people who never improve.
Even when see them after a long time, they are still whingeing and complaining, lot’s of excuses, talking about other people’s bad things, and have big mouths but don’t take any action.
I think that is a result of them always choosing the easy way.
When they choose a job, which people spend most of their time in their lives, they choose jobs which look easy instead of choosing something they really want to do or from their dreams.
They want to be healthy which is the most important priority for people, but don’t want to do any exercise.
They want to lose weight, but don’t want to change their diets.
If they always choose easy ways, they never improve, and things get even harder, so they make it someone else’s fault or some other reason.
There is an old saying
“If you see great people three days after you saw them, they would be even greater“
That means great people are constantly improving even day by day.
I realised there are two remarkable points for people who are improving constantly.
No 1, They always have some realistic goals and dreams, and really work on them.
Do you have something to aim for right now which makes you excited and happy?
Are you taking any actions towards them?
People who don’t have any goals and live everyday idle have dead and old eyes even if they are young.
On the other hand, people who have good goals and are doing something towards them have bright and young eyes even if they are old.
If you have something to aim for, your life becomes an exciting adventure, and you will have a lot of precious experiences, and those experiences will make you a better person.
In the next blog, I will talk about the second remarkable point for people who are improving constantly.
