Easy, Simple, and Quick Ways to Energise and Reduce Stress Part 2

I got three more things to energise and reduce our stresses easily and quickly.
They are very simple and still don’t cost anything.

“Head up, back straight, and posture up”

A lot of research has been done about the relationship between stress and posture. 

If we put our head up, back straight, and posture up, our stress level go down and we get more energy, but if we put our head down and have bad posture, negative emotions come up and we will get more stressed and feel tired.

Always try to keep your head up and keep good posture, so you can see the nice blue sky and you can breathe deeply too!!

“Think about your positive experience”

Whenever negative emotions come up and you feel stressed, think about your positive experience for at least 10 to 20 seconds, instead of keep thinking about the things giving you stress.

It could be anything such as nice travel you had, a great achievement you had, a nice movie you watched, a restaurant you went to, something you laughed a lot about, a conversation you had with someone, nice memories, etc, as long as its positive.

You might need a little bit of practice to change your mind from negative to positive.

Because sometimes it’s very hard to not think about negative things, but once you get better at it, your stress level goes down and you feel so good.

So, practice to switching your mind from negative to positive!!

“Smile more and laugh out loud”

Smiling and laughing give us a lot of power and energy.

It makes us feel good, reduces stress, strengthens our immune system, and is a very powerful medicine too.

It is said that smiling and laughing can cure sickness and diseases.

Becoming grumpy makes our stress level go higher, so when you feel stressed, try even pretending to smile and laugh.

This will make you feel better and will become real smiling and laughing after, and reduce stress.

There is a saying “Fortune comes to the house with laughter”.

Smiling and laughing will bring good fortune and happiness.
